Recipe: 3 ingredientProtein Jelly/Panna Cotta

Its super simple, quick and easy to make.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Aeroplane Jelly Lite crystals (any flavour)

  • 1/2 cup boiling water

  • 3/4 cup cold water

  • 2 scoops of Meliora Supplements Protein Water Powder

  • 180-250g greek yoghurt

The amount of yoghurt you use will dictate how creamy the finished result is.

 

Directions

  • Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water.

  • Add 2 scoops of Protein Water Powder to cold water and shake until mixed well, then add to boiling water to ensure a smooth consistency.

  • Whisk in greek yoghurt until fully combined.

  • Pour into small bowls or ramekins

  • Refrigerate overnight or until set (approx 4 hours)

  • Serve with yoghurt, berries and melted chocolate or any toppings that tickle your fancy.
