If you are unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, please do so. Products must be unopened and in original packaging via tracked shipping, accompanied with an email containing your order number and return request within 5 days of receiving your package. Our team will gladly refund your order if there has been a mistake.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless faulty or damaged.

Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange opened or used products.
